BIO:

Winning Head Coach Pete Scalera is starting his sixth year coaching for the Patriot program. Coach Scalera and his staff of assistant coaches strive to teach four core values for life through football:

1. Discipline: to be able to follow as well as lead, knowing that you must master yourself before the team can master its tasks and be successful.
2. Confidence: believing in yourself as well as your teammates, knowing you must conquer fear and hesitation to achieve success.
3. Toughness: you must be physically as well as mentally tough, to try and try again never giving up, no matter how difficult things become.
4. Teamwork: respecting the abilities of all of your teammates, realizing that no one player is any more or less important than any other, and we all work together for a common goal. Success depends on the efforts of the entire team.

With those values always in mind, Coach Scalera has taken his teams and won numerous League Championships and the Superbowl.

Coach Scalera lives in San Juan Capistrano with his wife and three children.
