BIO:

This is Coach Oscar Gomez’s first year with the Patriot football program. He and his staff of assistant’s hail from Pop Warner where they have won League Champion the past four years in a row. With twelve years of coaching experience, Coach Gomez is excited to bring his winning talents and philosophies to the Patriot program and he is looking forward to the upcoming season.

His philosophy is simple (DISCIPLINE) and his goal is to build a young men’s character with Honor, Courage, Commitment, Fundamentals and Team Spirit.

2. Courage: Believing in yourself, never giving up!
3. Commitments: Complete your task with Integrity, master your fear, and be loyal to your spirit and teammates.
4. Finish strong: Fear no one, respect your opponent and their abilities realizing you also have abilities and have learned the Fundamentals of the game.
5. One team one fight!

Coach Gomez believes that it is his job to teach players, mentor them, and use all of the natural talent they have been given. He aims to build character into the young men and get them ready for the next level.

Coach Gomez is currently serving our country in the USMC and lives in San Clemente with his wife and three children.
